The X-10 Water Filter is a robust Activated Charcoal & KDF® water filtration/pre-filter cartridge designed to improve water quality for a variety of uses by removing contaminants before the water enters your system.

Granular activated charcoal adsorbs organic contaminants and odors, while KDF® media helps reduce heavy metals and inhibit bacterial growth. Combined, the X-10 Water Filter reduces metals, minerals, turbidity, chlorine, sulfur odors, organic debris, rust, bad taste, and other common tap/well water impurities.

The rugged UV-resistant polypropylene housing screws onto a standard garden hose with durable ends designed for leak-free connections for water flow through the filter before entering your spa, hot tub, pool, RV tank, etc.

Filtration Capacity: rated to filter up to 10,000 U.S. gallons (approx. 37,800 liters) before replacement is recommended.

Flow Rate: Up to ~2 GPM (approx. 7.6 LPM) depending on water quality

Temperature Range: About 35°F – 100°F (2°C – 38°C)

Working Pressure: Usually around ~20–100 PSI depending on water quality

NOT a microbiological disinfectant: Should not be used as the sole treatment if water is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality — additional disinfectant (e.g., UV, chlorination) is recommended if required.

Replace when the filter becomes filled or flow is noticeably restricted.
